Information you give us. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. That is the only personally identifiable information we require to set up and operate your account.

Activity information. As you use the Service, we collect the information you enter and generate inside the platform. For a swim app, this includes things like your swim workouts, training sessions, sets and distances, times and splits, goals, and progress over time. We use this information to deliver the features you signed up for, such as tracking your training and showing your results.

Technical information. Like most apps and websites, our systems automatically record basic technical data when you use the Service, such as device type, app version, general usage activity, and log information. This helps us keep the Service running, secure, and reliable.

We do not require, and we ask you not to enter, sensitive information that is not needed to use ONPACE (for example, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health diagnoses).

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Save and display your swim workouts, training data, and progress
• Respond to your questions and provide support
• Send you important account and Service messages (for example, account confirmations or changes to this policy)
• Keep the Service secure and prevent fraud or abuse
• Improve and develop new features

If we ever want to use your information for a purpose not covered here, we will update this policy or ask for your consent first.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. We use trusted third-party companies to help us run ONPACE, such as cloud hosting, data storage, and analytics providers. They may process your information only to perform services for us, under agreements that require them to protect it.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of ONPACE, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If ONPACE is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep certain records to comply with the law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it to operate the Service.

ONPACE may be used by young athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and want to review, correct, or delete your child’s information, or withdraw consent, contact us at admin@usport.ai. We only collect the information needed to provide the Service and we do not sell children’s information.

Our website and app may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. If you access ONPACE from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of ONPACE after an update means you accept the revised policy.
